Gunite, vinyl, or fiberglass — which one?
Scott walks you through the trade-offs during the consultation. Gunite is most customizable and most popular for our builds. Vinyl and fiberglass have their place for specific budgets and site conditions. The answer depends on your goals, not a sales pitch.
How long does a custom pool actually take?
45 to 60 days from ground-break to first swim is our standard. Our fastest to date was 31 days for Antwan D. in Woodstock. Industry standard is 3 to 6 months. We finish faster because the same specialized crews are sequenced tightly and Scott is on site.
What about warranties?
Lifetime structural warranty on the pool itself. 10-year leak-free guarantee. 30-day crystal-clear water guarantee. Price lock (no change orders). One-year worry-free service on equipment, patio surfaces, and tile. That's 5 of the 12 written guarantees — the rest are on the about page.
Do you handle permits and HOAs?
Yes. Scott pulls every permit and handles the HOA paperwork where required. You don't chase the city. That's part of the build.
